I took my doorbell down to charge it but. It it doesn’t appear under my devices and I can’t reconnect it because it says it’s registered to the previous owner
Hey @Osman. Are you a Shared User on the Doorbell, or do you have multiple Ring accounts with different email addresses? If you're a Shared User, then the owner will need to set the Doorbell back up in the Ring App. If you have multiple Ring accounts with different email addresses, then you'll want to make sure you're signed into the original account used to set the Doorbell up. Should you still run into this message after ensuring you're signed in under the original account used, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available[here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They'll be able to take a closer look into this and ensure the Doorbell gets properly set back up.
