Ring Doorbell Pro Voltage

So I recently have had the Danger, Warning message on my Ring Doorbell Pro in the UK [Screenshot_20210416-193954_Ring|544x499](upload://1MJpwSP0pjrqnUnYqykv1FPZsUw.jpeg) It was installed by a professional electrician and the existing Doorbell was completely disconnected. It is wired as follows: Consumer unit to Ring transformer, transformer to pro. Now showing 32v all of a sudden Spoke to customer services and then have sent me a pro power kit but the instructions say to wire into an existing doorbell chime. Anyone got any photos of the power pro kit installed with the transformer? Or do I need to ask them for a new transformer?

The pro power kit is usually only really needed if in the USA or Canada or trying to bypass a chime. This guy installed it without a chime and has some diagrams/pictures https://www.smarthomepoint.com/deta-doorbell-to-ring/
