Ring doorbell history not loading
Over last hour the battery was almost dead in the doorbell, could not access history. Getting the “hmm, something went wrong” message. changed battery and have restarted the app dozens of times and same. Is the device shot?

It’s somehow a global issue acknowledged on Rings Twitter account… not understanding how that’s possible?!

USo this is a big issue? I just want to make sure my ring cameras aren’t having issues themselves and it seems to be everyone. I can’t get any of my 3 cameras to show the history or even get the lights to stay on their scheduled times.
