Returns and refunds
Hello, I bought the completes Ring system with ring pro doorbells. The system is useless because the doorbell pro keeps going off line all the time. I verified power supply 100 times and waster 4 months trying to fix it. At this point I do not want to figure the issue out, I do not want a replacement. I want to return this for a refund and install some other security system. Please do not tell me to check power, wiring, etc. I've done it 100 times. The only way to get it work for a short time is to disconnect one of the screws on the back of the doorbell then connect it again. It will work for short time and go off line again. What is the policy on returns and refunds? VBR, Andy

Hi @AndyG18. You can find the Return Policy for Ring [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022409351-Return-Policy). It sounds like you may have an underpowered transformer or a poor RSSI. I would suggest reaching out to our support team to assist you in finding the root cause of this issue. If the Ring Pro you have is not operating as intended, our support team will be able to get you a device the functions properly. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
