I’ve had Ring for two years. I’ve bought a new camera. I have changed nothing I know they do not do that 24 seven motion should make it go not getting any notifications or anything between 11 o’clock at night or so and six in the morning there is always Motion around two or three rise on the bicycle going to work or peoples out walking it’s not even picking them up anymore

THi @user_1f1542. Without being in front of the camera at that time, there is no way to tell if there actually is motion. I suggest going out during this period of time and testing where your camera detects motion. Do this by walking in front of it, starting from the furthest point and heading to the camera itself. You can then review the video and see where it was you were detected at and be able to make adjustments accordingly.

Hi @user_1f1542. Ring Security Cameras do not record 24/7, only when motion is detected, or the Live View is activated. Check your Modes settings to make sure you don't have motion detection turned off in a specific Mode. Then, verify that you do not have a Motion Schedule in place for this time of night. If you've checked the above, and you're still not receiving any alerts at night, it is possible there are no motion events occurring at that time. Try triggering a test motion event at that time to see if the motion detection is working properly.
