New Wifi
I got a new internet provider, new wifi, new router and I cannot figure out how to reconnect my doorbell and camera lights. I have followed all of the directions online (from Ring) and there is no place (that I can find) in the Ring app to go in and MANUALLY change your wifi info. I'm going crazy trying to figure this out. I've tried to start several chats for help on the app, but it's just a bot and keeps repeating the same useless info. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Again- I have followed the instructions to a T, and when I get to the Device Health, the instructions say I can manually add new wifi info, but it will not let me. Thanks again.

Hi @zerotechskills. If you have gone to your Device Health and are not seeing the option to reconnect your Ring device to Wi-Fi, then that most likely means you are the Shared User and not the owner. Only the person that set up the devices originally can reconnect them to Wi-Fi.
