Hello I have a rign chime that I already registered a while ago then I had to disconnect it for a little while. When I wanted to reconnect it again it complaints about "Device is registred to someone else" I did search my devices list and the chime doesn't show up there!! I requested to get ownership of the chime but nothing so far from ring! I tried to locate the order in the ring orders but it doesn't show up either!! any idea how to resolve it?

Hi @user_547050. This means that the Chime was setup using a different email. I you, or another household member, set this device up, double check the email that you are using. You'll need to login on the Ring app using that same email to remove the Chime from your account and switch it to the account with the rest of your devices.
