Device deactivated on its own
My ring door bell has just de activated its self, i am the only one with access and just recieved email to confirm the deactivation of my account why would this happen? And how do i reactivate?

Our doorbell has just deactivated itself and I also received this email! Anyone know why yet? How did you get it back working? Setting it back up?

What was solution here, mines done this today, this is poor ring should not be able to do this, it’s a pain to set up as new hope I don’t have to go through all that again, help
