Defective cameras doorbell

I’ve seen several people post about this very annoying problem that makes the images,/video useless. The video has a ring around it . You can’t see the front starts and it cuts off at this circle. I have no privacy zones. I’ve taken it off the door thinking it was the way i put it on the door. How can some of these doorbells be so awful and you paid the same amount. It’s not privacy zones…it’s a defective camera. Look at this view…it’s like what is wrong with these video doorbells. They rarely capture movement and any images are difficult to see. I’m so angry. I’m in a fairly high crime area as I live next to a public Laundromat open 24/7.
