  Hi, I ahve the same issue I am changing my email address and need to change it on my ring account can anyone advise how to do this please?

  The solution is "please reach out to our support team" but when I call the number none of the options are remotely like "talk to a person". Which option should I choose?

  Hey @espositomr. You will press 1 for English, and then from the menu options, you press 3 and then 2. From there, you can select what devices you have. If you have the Alarm, press 2 and if you do not have the Alarm, press 1. This should get you to the area you need to be! :)
