Battery Doorbell Plus rings mechanical chime without button press

I have a new Battery Doorbell Plus installed in April 2024. It has a hardwired power source from the existing mechanical doorbell transformer. The WiFi signal is adequate and the doorbell button rings the mechanical chimes as expected. In the last few weeks, the mechanical doorbell will ring by itself without pressing the doorbell button on the Battery Doorbell Plus. So far, this has only happened in early morning hours between 1-3AM. When I hear the mechanical doorbell chime, the Ring app shows no one at the door and there is no notification that the button was pressed. This has occurred about 4 times total on different nights over a few weeks. If I press the doorbell button, the mechanical chime sounds and the Ring app shows the notification that the button was pressed. Please send troubleshooting info.
