Alerts Snooze not working

Hi…seen lots of posts about this issue but they are all CLOSED!!! My Ring Doorbell is not working properly. When I choose “Alerts Snooze” and select a time, 30min, 2 hours, whatever, it does NOT work. I immediately get notifications. My iOS is the latest, App is up to date and so on. WHY? RING can you please tell us what’s going on? This was a feature I as excited about and it does not work.
