Hi all! Are 5 min snapshots only available for hardwired ring doorbell cameras or can I also use the feature with my doorbell 3 Plus camera having a plug in adapter and always having power going into it? Thanks in advanced!

Hi @RobMag. Correct. Connecting a Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus to a power source will allow you to change the interval to 5 minutes for the Snapshot Capture feature. It is important to note, that connecting the doorbell to a Plug-In Adapter or hardwiring, only provides a trickle charge to the battery, and it may still need to be charged from time to time. :slightly_smiling_face:
