Ring plans have recently changed from Ring Protect to Ring Home.

Ring Home enhances the neighbor experience with compelling new features and an easier process for neighbors to customize their plans and meet unique security needs. If you subscribed to a Ring plan before November 5, 2024, there are changes to be aware of. The transition to Ring Home plans will not change your billing cycle unless you switch to a monthly or yearly plan or a new plan. Assisted Monitoring is now called Alarm Calls and included in Ring Home Standard and Premium plans. New features have been added to Ring Home plans: 24/7 Recording with Continuous Live View, Smart Video Search, Extended Live View, Doorbell Calls, and Video Preview Alerts. Availability of these subscription features varies based on the selected Ring Home subscription plan and add-ons. Add-ons Sold separately. Note: New features included in your plan will roll out on an ongoing basis and may not be available right away. Continue to check your app for updates.
