Ring connectivity fix

Hi all, thought I'd share this. Purchased a ring doorbell 3 a couple of days ago and found that as soon as I placed it outside it lost connection. Ran though everything I could think of until I realised that it only dropped connection when I screwed the face plate security screw in. Now I don't know why but if I screw the security screw all the way in my door bell just dies. So I've left it relatively loose and it's working perfectly. Still not 100% considering its less than 15ft from the router but it's working which is the main thing. Try it if you're having problems and let me know.
