Stick up camera not recording video
We recently installed an outside stick up camera which picks up motion. Signal is strong but doesnt let us play back video? For a whole 24 hr period and not just last night it says no video found or ‘garage driveway’ may have lost connection and didn’t record this event

I have had similar events recently where camera identifies motion but does not record images. I have ensured full battery and camera working. Help please

Hi @user53429. Your Stick Up Camera should record motion detection, as long as you have a valid Ring Protect subscription in place. There may have been temporary wifi interference or signal interruptions that caused the videos to not be recorded properly. Make sure your Stick Up Camera has a [strong and stable signal](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/217271526-Checking-Your-Ring-Device-s-Wifi-Signal-Strength). If this issue persists, I'd recommend following up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) so they can take a look at things on the back end.
