Spotlight door open and sensor got water
troubleshooting

Has anyone found a solution to the door open issue with the black spotlight it’s all I ever get and the seal is intact I’ve had it months and now I’ve water in the sensor. I’ve dried it out and cleaned out and still same issues constantly. I’m changing the two batteries every two days and I’ve no motion switched on for it to be triggered I only check it on live view. I spoke with live chat and all they suggested was call and talk to someone but will be same routine of every single thing I’ve tried. I’ve disconnected and reconnected 4 times. I’ve cleaned it several times I’ve check all the seal to match my other cameras and no problem but it’s still getting water and won’t hold its charge. I’ve 4 cams and a door bell. I’ve bought around 4 sets of spare ring battery’s to constantly keep charging and changing. I don’t want to be spending another £100+ on a replacement.
