Spotlight camera won't enter setup mode or reset
troubleshooting

We recently had extended power and wifi outages due to Hurricane Beryl. Power and wifi are back on, but my spotlight camera is not working. It is wired and has worked well for years. The network did not change. My other Ring devices reconnected no problem. I've tried to reconnect the spotlight camera, but the light will not even blink - even after the 20 seconds of holding the button. The last device health check was yesterday before wifi was restored. Is the device fried?

    Hi @user_7c9425. You can attempt a power cycle of the device. Do this by unplugging the device for 5 minutes, then plugging it back in. This should prompt it to enter Setup Mode. Let me know if this helps.
