Spotlight Camera stopped working

Last july 31, my ring spotlight camera stopped working. I tried troubleshooting but camera won’t reconnect to the wifi. Signal Strength is good. There are no recent changes on my wifi or network. I also charged my battery. I heard there is a system outage at that time. Until now, it is still offline.

Hi @user_ef0316. Are you receiving an error message of any kind when trying to connect your Spotlight Cam? Make sure the Spotlight Cam is receiving power, then hold down the setup button to reset it. After the reset is complete, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to reconnect your camera to wifi. We have troubleshooting steps available to address common setup issues.
