Two of my Spotlight Cameras are powered by two batteries on each and using Solar Panel. Suddenly both are showing under “Power Source “: Hardwired even though showing me “Batter Level: 100%” & “Solar Status: Connected “. I called support team and advised me to reinstall app but still the same. By the way, it shows Battery powered at Ring Support System according to the rep…Why and how to solve, please?
