Spotlight cam issue

I have numerous cams and have never had any issues. All of a sudden one of the cams is connected, rssi 40, WiFi is great, no network issues, all other cameras fine but this one will not show live feed or record anything. I’ve rebooted, reset, deleted, factory reset, everything but to no avail. Any other suggestions ? Seems hardware related.
