Setting up second hand device from previous owner
Hi I have recently purchased a second hand ring camera for outside from a friend whose previous owner of his house left it. Weve tried multiple times to move the ownership over but have heard nothing from Ring. How do you get past this step to be able to actually set it up and install into your home.

Yes, I am having this exact issue. I bought a new camera for my daughter, she registered it but never used it so I want to add it to my system. It said up to 15 days to transfer but that was 3 weeks or more ago and I’ve heard nothing. The uk telephone number does not work as I tried calling today. Did you get sorted with yours?
