Ring Security Cam Issues
I have 6 indoor security cams (Indoor Cam 2nd gen) that I have inside of my business. Everyday, all 6 cams has been going offline for a few hours and then online again. Lately, its also been going offline at around the same time. All 6 cams would go offline at around 3pm and then it would go back online at around 6-7pm. Its not a wifi issue since every technology that needs wifi still works. Its not a battery issue, since these are wired cameras. I tried resetting it, rebooting, everything and its still having the same issue. This has been happening for a few months and I haven't found a solution.

I have 2 separate networks, one for 2.4 GHz and one for 5.0 GHz. All 6 cams can only use the 2.4 GHz. The RSSI for all the cams ranges from 29-45. Somedays, the cameras would go offline for 15 min and thats it. And some days, it would go offline for an hour multiple times a day. For example, today the cameras went offline at around 4pm and went back online at around 4:30pm. Then it just went offline again at 7pm. This is go on everyday, haven't had a day where the cameras didnt go offline once.

Hi @user_e3e364. Does your network stay on 2.4GHz of does it have automatic switching? What is the RSSI for these devices? Does your network perform routine updates at this time? You may need to contact your ISP to confirm your router is not doing something that would cause this routine disconnection.
