Outdoor ring camera shut down after heavy rain.

Hi, I have an Ring Spotlight Cam Pro and few days ago was a heavy rain in the morning and overnight, few hours after the rain stopped the camera stopped working, the camera is plugged into socket with USB C connected. I know this is a common problem with this cameras but now is too late for me. Any advice what to do? Will ring fix the camera? Many thanks.
