New internet provider unable to connect
troubleshooting
We have a new internet provider & we are unable to connect to our ring camera. We’ve tried all suggested on the Ring app. It gets to 95% & then fails

I had this problem too & spent an hour on the phone to Ring - they solved it... it's something to do with the network and/or router configuration & Ring suggested I set up a guest wifi network on my existing one (most routers give you this as an option). I was doubtful about this & don't need a guest network, but anyway I followed their advice: it works! It still works in conjunction with other Ring cameras that you may have on your original network, they all show up on your normal wifi SSID after you've connected the problem cam using the guest network.
