Missing about one week of recording on camera within the home

Missing a chunk of time--from Dec 31--Jan 6 (the last few days of my dad before he passed away on the 7th) Are those recordings gone forever? It is set for motion and for some reason It jumps from 12/31/19 @ 10:45 pm--\>1/6/20 @ 3:20 pm. Plus I have to use the app on my phone to go back to even see this far. I am unable to view that far back on my computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Also...I was able to view some video on the 4th to see where the camera was relocated but that video is now gone.
