Floodlight Camera Lense Filled with water

Anyone else have their floodlight camera light lenses fill with water? Then when I contact Ring they are less than helpful. After being a loyal Ring customer I’d expect a better experience. To sum up the customer service experience: Me: My floodlight camera is filling with water Ring: Is it protected under cover outside? Me: Yes its under a overhang. Ring: Well the warranty is for a year so sorry heres a discount code. Definitely wont recommend their customer service model.
