Floodlight cam won’t connect to chime pro or internet

My floodlight cam is not connecting with chime pro or internet. I get the P1-70 error. Any suggestions

    Hello! Try restarting your floodlight cam, performing a factory reset, checking your Wi-Fi connection, updating the firmware, and reinstalling the Ring app. choiceadvantages login

      HI @user_170a29. This error message indicates that a device connected to a Chime Pro is offline. Please try following the steps in the Ring app to reconnect the Floodlight Cam to wifi. You can also walk through a new setup using the steps under Set Up a Device to reconnect it.
