Floodligh camera lights constantly flashing

My floodlight cam is flashing constantly. It’s a hardwired camera about 5 years old. It just is on this strobing mode. How can I fix this?

Hi @vkailas. I’d recommend resetting the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If that doesn’t resolve the strobing lights, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here for further assistance.
