cannot connect solar panel to spot light cam pro
I have recently bought 4 new solar panels to go with my 4 spot light cam pros, the first one connected straight away, the second one has not and I cannot get it to connect. I have removed and reinstalled the camera but it still doesnt work

Hi @user_5afcee. I would recommend making sure the Solar Panel is plugged into the Camera correctly. If it is, try factory resetting the Camera to see if it detects the Solar Panel. To factory reset your Camera, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
