I have 2 ring outdoor stick up cams and need the footage for a police incident. Is there a way to get a clearer image and retrieve a registration plate?

Hi @user_9049cc. An active Ring Home subscription is required for access to video recording. If you did not have an active plan at the time that this incident occurred, there is no video footage available. If you do have an active plan, you can download videos from the Event History in the Ring app or on Ring.com. The Ring app does not offer any video enhancement or editing software.
