Unable to subscribe online
troubleshooting

I am trying to subscribe to a Ring monthly subscription, however I am unable to do this online. When trying to do it online, after filling in details and card number etc, I am left with a blue spinning circle I called customer service and tried to set up and pay for a subscription over the phone, but they told me I can't do this (even though I have done it this way in the past) All I was told to do is to try another phone or laptop to subscribe (I have tried this and it still doesn't work) Can someone from Ring please advise what to do next? Thank you

    Hi @user_cc06e1. Make sure you're entering the correct payment information, and using a web browser with no extensions installed. If you have a VPN running, please try turning this off when accessing Ring.com. If you're still unable to subscribe, you can reach out to our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further troubleshooting assistance.
