I have a ring pro camera which broke. Had to replace. Can I transfer my plan from the broken device to the new one?

Hi @user_8b988f. If you have the Basic plan, it only applies to one device, and cannot be transferred. In that case, it's recommended to cancel your existing plan and then subscribe to a plan for the new device. If you have the Plus plan, this applies to all devices at one location, so you would not need to make any changes.
