Switch devices on protect plan
My spotlight cam failed when moisture got into the solar light connection and corroded the terminal. Now it will not charge. I have removed the camera and have 7 months remaining on my protect plan. I would like to switch the plan to my doorbell, since I only have the one device basic plan. Does anyone know if this is an option?

Hi @user_cb88be. You will have to cancel your Plan and subscribe your Doorbell to a new plan. You will receive a prorated refund of what you have not used of the plan you cancelled.
