Setting up 2 locations under same address

I need to set up 2 locations at the same address. I was told I could do this under 1 account. First location is my home and second is my workshop in garden. I need two locations as I need workshop to be independent. Ring are wanting to charge another subscription for it. Am I missing something? TIA
