Ring protection
I’ve just got a indoor camera and want to add it to my protection plan but I’ve literally just renewed my plan and paid €39.99 for my doorbell , so do I have to pay €100 or just €60.01 to upgrade? Any help would be appreciated

Hi @user_6f7d43. The Ring Protect Basic plan only covers one Ring Doorbell or Camera. Once you have two or more devices at a single location, the Plus plan is a better option. It will cover all Ring Doorbells and Cameras at that location. There is no upgrade option. You can subscribe to the Plus plan, and cancel your Basic plan. Make sure to download any videos you wish to keep first. When you cancel a plan, you'll receive a refund to your payment method for the unused amount of time. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
