Incredibly frustrated with the whole Ring install and support process 🙈. Does anyone know why the 30 day free trial doesn't auto apply after a device install. Keep getting messages saying "you're not subscribed". I've worked with far more advanced tech yet this is the worst experienced. Thank you!
