Hi, Just had my ring camera replaced under warranty. Still had 6 months left on my ring plan. Now the new one is saying I need to sign up again after free trail. Camera is in same location. Why won’t the plan transfer on to the new warranty camera? Thanks

Hi @user_c8f5a4. Your new device may have come with a free trial of the Ring Home plan. To check the status of your current plan, log in on Ring.com and click on the Plans tab. I hope this helps!
