Replacement, ring plan changed

Had replacement ring doorbell and setup only to appear to have lost ring plan and now on trial ring plan how do I correct?

Hi @user_7b52a4. Setting up a new Ring device will prompt a free trial, which is why you're seeing a trial on your account. Which Ring Home plan do you have? If you have the Basic plan, it should automatically swap to your replacement Doorbell if our support team issued the replacement. If you purchased a replacement device on your own, you will need to cancel and resubscribe for the new device.
