I subscribe to Ring Protect Basic. How do I get rid of orange banner permanently?

we have same error msg but just subscribed to ring protect basic… i think perhaps we cont to get the orange error msg b/c one if of our 4 cameras is not part of the plan? oh well as long as recording the ones we asked for i guess we just ignore the error msg? it is a bit unnerving ea time open and see that tho

I’m having the same problem. Spoke to customer support and they suggested several option . Nothing is working
