I'm being billed twice ?
Hello there all, Just wondering if anyone can explain why I'm being billed twice by ring? I'm paying £79.99 for the standard which is fine. But we've noticed a separate payment of £49.99 going out on our credit card- this for an annual plan. Are we being scammed? Why two payments? As far as we know we only have the standard plan. The £49.99 is going to Ring London. Many thanks, Andy.
