So I've had a ring subscription ever since I got the doorbell and until recently when I've had a job change the service was terminated. However restarted on the 24/25th of April Then today the 11th of may I'm told my payment method needs to be updated because it failed. It's not even close to the renewal of it. Why is that? A few days before but not 14days.
