Doorbell notification

Question

My Ring doorbell seems to be taking longer to notify us that someone is outside. This morning my husband walked past the front door and he was back inside and drinking his coffee before the notification trilled. It also didn’t show him walking past it a second time when he came back in.

Hi @user_559436, I would recommend rebooting your Doorbell using the Ring app to see if it helps. https://ring.com/support/articles/p8z2n/Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera. Reboot your router as well. You also want to make sure your Doorbells signal strength is good. https://ring.com/support/articles/92bd2/Understanding-wifi-recommendations-for-Ring-devices.
