Not able to connect my ring camera to the at&t internet air modem. It only gets to 95% and don't go any further

    Hi @user_d68371. Which model of Ring Security Camera or Doorbell are you trying to set up? Is your router dual-band, with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections? Are you getting a specific error message in the Ring app when the setup fails, or a particular light pattern on the device itself? This information can help tell us why the device isn't connecting.

      I got at&t fiber optic ad well. I'm dropping signal. Your not the only one. If you have a router. Try and use your password to connect to it and not the modem. Yes, they can be on two different signals. And two different passwords. You may do better on the router signal than the modem try that.
