Video Timeline on Windows App???
Hi, How can i access the video timeline in the Windows 10 Ring app on my laptop? I had a burglary last night and can see the suspect's pickup truck on my video timeline on my phone but the image is too small to see on my phone and I can't find the same video timeline on the Windows Ring app? The truck parked beyond the motion sensor so I can only see the truck on the timeline. Thanks! John

You can't access the video timeline snapshots on the Windows app You can save the snapshot on your phone and the transfer it to your desktop for better viewing. On your phone, go to live view, go to snapshot you want to save, tap the "..." in botton right corner, and choose snapshot to save it to your phone.
