Unable to login to app
troubleshooting

I have tried to log into my Ring app on both Wi-Fi (no VPN) and cellular networks, but I get either 406 Not Acceptable on the browser (tried Edge and Chrome) or "An Error has Occurred trying to perform the operation. Try again..." when I go through the having trouble option on the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, and restarted the phone.
