Live view no longer works in Android app
Hi, live view no longer works on the Android app. Just sits there at "activating device". I know over all the system is working because it works on my iPhone just fine. I have force stopped. Cleared cache. Cleared memory. Reinstalled. Checked that it has all permissions granted. Still not working on Android, yet it does on my iPhone. Any ideas?

Non of those apps are installed on my phone. Not sure why it would just randomly stop working. I tried Rapid Ring and it does allow me to view live view. Thank you!

The problem is with data on the Ring app and Android, shut off data line, live you should work, if data is necessary use rapid ring, this is an internal issue with the firmware.

As you mentioned using an Android mobile device, please ensure there are not any [android apps installed that conflict with the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-that-Conflict-with-the-Ring-App). I also recommend trying out the [Rapid Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028023571-Rapid-Ring-App-Information), designed for optimal access to live view. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device, as well. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)
