Ring App
App on iPad works, but not on iPhone
The Ring app recently stopped working on my iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18.3.2). Normally when I bring up the app, within a second or two, I get the front doorbell live view. Now the app just hangs. Also, the Mailbox sensor just shows a spinning circle and the Neighbors shows "Error". Everything works fine as usual on my iPad Pro 13 (iPadOS 17.5.1). Strangest thing is I do receive the motion and mailbox alerts on both devices! Any idea whats going on here?

Hi @j0hnmsch. Check that you have the latest version of the Ring app installed in your iPhone. You may need to uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure you have the current version. If you have a VPN installed on your phone, try turning this off when accessing the Ring app.

Yep, I did the uninstall/reinstall last night and everything is working again.
