Shared Alarm notifications.

I have set up an Alarm station and doorbell pro for parents and added their devices to my account via shared user. I have managed to turn off notifications for the doorbell to my device but cannot figure out how to turn off for the Alarm. I don't need to know when it is armed/disarmed etc. how can i do this? Thanks

Hi @user_e7675e. In the Ring app, tap the main menu in the top left, select Settings > Alert Settings > Alarm > Push > Mode Updates. If you toggle off Mode Updates, this should stop the push notifications when the Ring Alarm is armed and disarmed.
