Ring Alarm Pro Base Station Xfinity connect doesn’t work

I had my Ring Alarm pro Base station connected to my T-Mobile home internet Router to get internet through the house using my ring base station, I recently switched isp to Comcast/Xfinity and tried to connect the base station to the modem (Arris SB8200) for some reason the Ring base station says it can’t connect to internet even though there is internet running through the modem. I tried resetting the ring base station, the Arris Modem, and other things. Not sure if there an issue with connecting the ring station with the Comcast ISP.
